Uplcycled cloth mural. Ideal to enlighten your meditation or yoga space. Inspired by Surya Namaskar, meaning “Sun Salutation” in Sanskrit. It is a motif that pays homage to the arrival of fine weather and light. An invitation to reconnect with the elements and the present moment. The Sun Salutation is also a series of yoga postures.

Each gradient was printed by Anna in screen printing, an ancestral technique that approaches the stencil. With a specific gesture, we gradually create the subtle mixture of the 2 orange and blue inks.

Personalize your practice space or home with decorative items that are meaningful to you. It will bring a minimalist but colorful atmosphere. By setting up a nice place, you will more easily establish inspiring regular habits.

About the Brand

Anne's childhood dream was creating a workshop where she could play, experiment and create. This is how AMES SENSIBLES was borned. Located at Les ateliers de la Tannerie (Seine-et-Marne, France), a former tannery factory that now brings together artists and craftsmen.

Anna is personally involved in the upcycling process, recovering textiles to create her products. Fabrics with a previous life coming from recycling centers in the region, others are sourced from local upholsterers, and are used to make unique pieces. Before becoming bolsters, cushions or murals for your practice, these fabrics were carefully selected, stripped bare, washed and then transformed.

Serigraphy, an ancestral Chinese technique, allowed Anne to print the patterns she imagined. This technique, close to the stencil, consists of making a matrix by hand, or on a computer. Once created, it can be printed endlessly and it adapts to many supports. Inks are water-based and OEKO-TEX® certified, so they will not damage your skin nor leave no trace in the environment.
