Shipping rates (VAT included)

All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 h. Tracking information available for all shipping methods.

Tracking and order status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a link, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for exchanges. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund amount will only cover the value of the item(s) returned.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with original packaging and tags.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must report the issue within 72 hours of receiving your order.

How to return an order

If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Please ensure products are well-preserved before returning them.

All returned packages must be sent with a traceable, insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
