How to practice dry brushing?

This routine can be practised daily, we recommend dry brushing the skin at least once a week. It is best prior to a shower or bathing. Always done on dry fresh skin, without any lotions or oil on it.

Perform a massage covering the body, from the lower extremities to the torso, always with upward movements. Your pressure should be firm but you should not have any irritation from it. Then shower to remove any dead skin cells, use a towel to pat dry and moisturise.

Made of beech wood and natural sisal bristles. Environmentally friendly: 100% biodegradable and compostable.

Care

If used regularly, clean at least every 4 weeks. Clean bristles in a flat bowl with warm water and gentle soap, you can use your hands to do it thoroughly. Avoid getting the wooden handle soaked. Rinse any leftover soap with clean water and dry facedown over a towel overnight.

Me encanta el formato del cepillo, me permite manejar el masaje de una manera más sana y menos agresiva en la piel, sobre todo en zonas más complicada como rodillas, codos, cuello, manos. Además, fácil de lavar y de textura muy suave. Lo utilizo para desintoxicar el organismo y tratarlo desde dentro hacia afuera. Lo recomiendo.

Yes, dry brushing is an extra step in your daily routine, but it’s one worth adding. Makes my skin very soft and very firm looking. The bristles are rough, but not too rough. Feels very nice!
