Scent is one of the most powerful, yet often overlooked, senses when it comes to influencing how we feel. In just a few seconds, a fragrance can shift our mood, calm the mind, or bring a sense of warmth and clarity. This 2-hour sensory workshop in Lisbon, Portugal invites you to explore the art of natural fragrance and how scent can become part of your everyday rituals.

Each participant is invited to define the atmosphere they want to bring into daily life — such as serenity, balance, comfort, or energy — and create their own personalised fragrance spray inspired by this intention.

The experience begins with a brief introduction to the sense of smell and the way aromas influence mood and the perception of space. You will explore a curated selection of olfactory families, including woody, floral, citrus, and herbal notes, carefully chosen to reflect a timeless and sensory aesthetic.

Participants will experiment with blending essential oils to craft a unique mood spray, translating personal intention into scent. At the end, your aromatic spray will be personalised with an exclusive label and taken home as a sensory object designed to integrate into your home and elevate everyday rituals.
