Tracking and order status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a link, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Return policy

Returns policy of 30 days to exchange an order. Therefore, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The value of your refund will be equal to the value of the item(s) you are returning only. 

For an exchange to be possible, the item purchased must be in the exact condition in which it was received, unworn and with its original packaging and tags.

In the event of incorrect or damaged items, you have 72 hours after receiving your order, to report the situation.

How to return an order 

To proceed with the return, please contact us at hello@cedrostore.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you all the instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Any item sent without prior acceptance will not be exchanged.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. So please make sure you keep the received products in a well-conditioned environment so that you can guarantee they are preserved in a perfect selling condition upon returning. All returned packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.
