Return policy

Our returns policy assumes a period of 30 days to exchange an order. Therefore, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The value on your refund will be equal to the value of the item(s) you are returning only. 

For an exchange to be possible, the item purchased must be in the exact condition in which it was received, unworn and with original packaging and tags.

In the event of incorrect or damaged items, you have 72 hours after receiving two of them, to report the situation.

How to return an order 

To proceed with the return, please contact us at If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a label along with all the instructions on how and where to send your parcel and the exchange will take place. Any item sent without prior acceptance will not be exchanged.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. So please make sure you try the received products in a well-conditioned environment so that you guarantee they are preserved in perfect selling condition upon returning. All returned packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.
